Little Chef Counter is described as a Californian-Style Bistro, but a common question we get is “What is Californian-style Cuisine?”
As a restaurant, California could not be a better place. California stretches over 150,000 square miles of land and 850 miles of ocean coast. As a result, we are blessed to have access to all sorts of ingredients and spices. Unlike the majority of the world, California experiences all four seasons, giving us access to a variety of fresh produce.
California is a melting pot of diversity and an abundance of personality. Our produce is as diverse as our population. We are exposed to an assortment of flavors, spices and different cuisines daily. Our team at Little Chef Counter hope to cultivate all that California has to offer and turn them into delicious menu items for everyone.
Our #1 goal is to provide fresh quality food without the fine-dining price-tag. We do this by offering a “seasonal” menu which will display all that California has to offer. Our seasonal inspired menu will consistently revolve to reflect what is available seasonally as well as locally.
