In our never-ending quest to satisfy your hunger, our latest menu item is a great addition to our salads.
In this week’s Little Chef Spotlight, we are highlighting a new menu item, our Green Papaya Duck Salad.
The Green Papaya Duck Salad is a complex salad comprised of soy, mints, sweet blood oranges, and duck confit on a bed of fresh lettuce. If it wasn’t flavorful enough, we top the salad off with “duck chips” or crispy bits of duck skin.
It’s the perfect combination of fresh greens and a hearty meal.
